MS2 was founded in 2023 on a simple observation: small and medium businesses are expected to compete in a digital world, but the technology that powers that competition has always been priced and packaged for large enterprises. Freelancers can not scale with them. Enterprise vendors will not serve them. The AI revolution is moving fast and most SMEs have no idea where to start.

What to expect when you work with MS2

The questions we hear most often from SMEs considering a first engagement.

It starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. We learn about your business, your current setup, and your goals. From there, we put together a clear proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing. No pressure, no jargon.

We work with what you have whenever possible. If something needs replacing, we explain exactly why and make sure the transition is smooth. We never rip and replace without a good reason.

It depends on the service. IT support and managed services can be monthly retainers. Project-based work (cloud migration, automation builds) is scoped and quoted upfront. Training courses offer installment options. We are transparent about costs from day one.

Absolutely. Most of our clients are not technical. That is the whole point. We translate complex technology into plain language and build solutions that non-technical teams can actually use.

We do not disappear. Every project includes a handover with documentation and training. We also offer ongoing support retainers if you want continued coverage. Our goal is to make you self-sufficient, but we are always a call away.
